This session will provide information and tips on interviewing and hiring candidates. Participants will learn to use the interview process to evaluate candidates, but also how to use the entire hiring and onboarding process as a way to increase job retention and satisfaction.

As young professionals, I feel like we're often put into interviewing/hiring situations with very little training! This session is a great opp for SOLID members as emerging leaders to gain skills in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
