This complimentary class for SOLID members taught by Rachel Tripp will be a Pure Empower Class - it is a cardio-intense class. It’s a fusion of Barre and interval training that is meant to raise your heart rate / speed metabolism. Please bring socks or sticky socks. Some may want sweat towels and water bottles.
