The mission of Communities In Schools (CIS) is to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life. Through school-based coordinators, CIS connects students and their families to critical community resources tailored to local needs. Communities In Schools of Tennessee (CISTN) surrounds students with a community of support, allowing them to stay in school and achieve in life. CISTN's school-based Program Managers serve nearly 30,000 students across 61 public schools in 15 Tennessee counties annually.
ABOUT CAA TASK FORCE:
Founded in 2002, the Task Force grew out of the desire of the agency’s staff to make a difference. Each year, the Task Force gives time and money to support multiple causes and organizes benefits in Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, London, and Munich. These benefits not only raise hundreds of thousands of dollars, but also aim to introduce staff across the entertainment industry to the world of philanthropy.
